Spotlight on Languages Festival

Somerset College is thrilled to present the Spotlight on Languages Foreign Film Festival! This exciting event celebrates the rich diversity of languages and cultures within our community, offering students the chance to showcase their creative talents through the art of film.

Film Requirements:

• The film must be entirely in a language other than English (one language only)
• English subtitles must be included and clearly legible for all to enjoy
• Film length: Maximum 7 minutes
• All submissions must comply with the event's Terms and Conditions

How to Enter:

• Be sure to register your film with payment by 3:00 PM on Friday, 18 July to secure your spot.
• Registration opens in Week 1 of Term Three!
• All finalists will be notified by email at 3:00 PM on Friday, 22 August 2025.
