Maddie graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. As part of a project at uni, Maddie established a small business alongside teammates from idea conception through to execution, which successfully raised more than $7,000 in profit donated to the Surf Life Saving Australia charity. Now Maddie is the People & Culture Coordinator for global bridal brand Grace Loves Lace based in Burleigh. Currently Maddie leads the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee and Events at Grace and her main focus is on the culture and belonging of the team.
