Murray Galbraith

Best known as co-founder and Creative Director of Myriad, Australia’s biggest tech and digital culture event, Murray’s multi-award winning career spans several industries and disciplines, including design, media, advertising, technology and events. A serial entrepreneur, insatiably exploring the intersection of culture and technology, Murray is the creator of cult streetwear label Because Design, one of Australia’s very first successful Kickstarter projects - Pretty Rad For A Dad, and many other startups and side projects. A founding board member of Aboriginal Art Co, Beyond Blue’s Healthy Dads Advisory Board and BDO for Startups, Murray currently serves as a mentor with Startmate Accelerator and as Creative Director of venture design studio Syntropic Studio.
