The charter of Spartan Strength and Conditioning is to deliver programs which bring about a graduated, long term athletic pathway of physical development and fundamental motor skill progression with an underlying focus on building a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Students may be guided through an evidence based, planned physical preparation pathway which aims to develop a range of physical characteristics that provide the foundation of not only well-rounded athletes, but individuals with an enduring active lifestyle.
Students earn the right to progress through programmes by achieving clear objectives, whilst being monitored by our Strength and Conditioning Coach and our Exercise Physiologist. Commitment to training, consistent progress and positive adaptation to each programmes are key criteria in advancing through each stage.
All programs and progressions are based upon the Australian Strength and Conditioning Associations Long Term Athletic Development Position Statement.
