The Pre-Prep Blue friends had a very special visit to the Science lab this week, organised by Pre-Prep parent and Head of Franklin House, Jacinta Hyman. After the Pre-Preps put on protective gloves and glasses, the Senior Science committee displayed three spectacular experiments.
The Pre-Preps then paired up with Senior School Science committee students who helped them conduct three simple experiments.
The Pre-Preps learnt so much from the visit and we certainly have some enthusiastic scientists on their journey at Somerset College.
Thank you to Science teachers Jacinta Hyman, Eleanor Amores, Head of Science Committee Luisa Ardill-Walker and the Senior Science committee students who gave up their lunchtime for this amazing experience for the Pre-Preps.
